Site Engineer

You would be working towards the betterment and growth of the team as a Site Engineer for a gas distribution network project in Bathinda, Punjab. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supervising construction of steel pipelines with cathodic protection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities - Overseeing PE pipeline laying and PNG installations with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities - Managing LNG facility installation including mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation work with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities - Supervising CNG facility installation involving mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation work with pre-commissioning and commissioning activities Qualifications required for this role include: - 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering with Graduation/Diploma/Equivalent - Specific experience in City Gas Distribution Network, particularly in steel pipeline projects - Experience in hydrocarbon pipeline projects and ASNT Level II in RT, UT, LPT & MPT - Other qualifications in the same discipline are also desirable Please note that vendor inspection at shop/mill premises will not be considered as pipeline experience for this site role. Local candidates in Bathinda, Punjab will be preferred for this 2-year project. The compensation for this position is negotiable based on experience, ranging between INR 2.4 - 3.2 lakh per annum.
