Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions on a range of NDT techniques such as UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, and ET. You will be tasked with developing training materials that adhere to industry standards, evaluating trainees" progress, and offering constructive feedback. Moreover, you will demonstrate the real-world application of NDT methods and maintain training equipment in compliance with safety regulations. It is essential to stay updated on the latest advancements in NDT technology and certification requirements. The ideal candidate must hold AST Level II certification in NDT (Any or all methods) and have 2-3 years of practical experience in NDT inspections and training. A sound understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety protocols is crucial. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effectively engaging and mentoring trainees. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at our in-person work location in Trivandrum, Attingal. Fluency in English is preferred for this role.,
