Job Summary:

Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Coordination & Supervision:

• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and monitor laborers and subcontractors to ensure work quality and progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and contractors for timely execution.

• Labor Management:

• Manage daily attendance, deployment, and productivity of labor workforce.
• Resolve labor-related issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Material Management:

• Track material deliveries and ensure quality and quantity as per purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with procurement for material requirements.

• Billing & Documentation:

• Cross-verify vendor and material bills, delivery challans, and work progress reports.
• Maintain site logs, daily reports, photographs, and material consumption records.

• Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to construction standards and safety protocols.
• Report deviations and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

• Liaison & Communication:

• Serve as the key communication point between site staff and head office/project managers.
• Conduct site meetings and provide timely project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in site coordination or similar construction site roles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and BOQs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
