Site Coordinator

You are a leading company in the waterproofing and construction industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to clients. As the company grows, there is an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join the team. Your main responsibilities will include managing daily on-site activities, coordinating on-site waterproofing and construction activities, ensuring timely project execution as per schedule and quality standards, efficiently managing site workers, subcontractors, and materials, conducting regular site inspections, maintaining daily reports, and communicating progress with management. It will also be your responsibility to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, conduct quality checks for waterproofing/construction work, and maintain communication between clients and field workers. Key competencies required for this role include site supervisions and coordination, knowledge of waterproofing systems (membrane, coating, injection grouting, etc.), site measurement and quantity estimation, as well as billing and documentation skills. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, be able to interpret drawings and technical specifications, be willing to travel to various project sites when required, have good communication skills in Hindi, understand and write in English, and be proficient in computer skills such as Excel and Word.
