Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator from a Civil Engineering background to manage daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing labor force, ensuring material and resource availability, and supporting smooth execution in alignment with project goals. Key Responsibilities: Site Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth operations. Supervise and monitor laborers and subcontractors to ensure work quality and progress. Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and contractors for timely execution. Labor Management: Manage daily attendance, deployment, and productivity of labor workforce. Resolve labor-related issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Material Management: Track material deliveries and ensure quality and quantity as per purchase orders. Maintain inventory records and coordinate with procurement for material requirements. Billing & Documentation: Cross-verify vendor and material bills, delivery challans, and work progress reports. Maintain site logs, daily reports, photographs, and material consumption records. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to construction standards and safety protocols. Report deviations and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Liaison & Communication: Serve as the key communication point between site staff and head office/project managers. Conduct site meetings and provide timely project updates. Qualifications: Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 2–5 years of experience in site coordination or similar construction site roles. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
