Role Description

Site Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain site records including attendance, material receipts, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with head office for approvals, documentation, and supplies.
• Support HR functions at site like onboarding, payroll input, and statutory compliance.
• Manage office supplies, petty cash, and logistics arrangements at site.
• Coordinate with staff on Head Office on medical issues related to staff and labours on site.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferable:

Skills:

• Efficient in handling multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordination.
• Accurate documentation and file management.
• Ability to handle on-site issues with minimal supervision.
