Key Responsibilities: Perform timing, power, and signal integrity characterization of standard cells across different PVT corners. Generate Liberty (.lib), CCS, ECSM, and other timing/power models used by synthesis and place & route tools. Develop and validate models for dynamic power, leakage power, and noise . Set up and run characterization flows using tools such as Synopsys Liberate, Cadence Tempus/Modgen, or equivalent. Automate workflows using scripts in Python, Perl, Tcl, or Shell to improve efficiency and reliability. Role Overview The Marine Systems Engineer will oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of marine systems and equipment onboard vessels. The role demands expertise in marine engineering systems, including automation, power systems, propulsion, and instrumentation. The Marine Service Engineer will work closely with ship operators and crew to ensure optimal functionality, compliance with regulations, and minimal operational downtime. Key Responsibilities System Integration: Undertake the integration of automation systems, including AMS interfaces, PMS, VFDs, shaft power meters, flow meters, tank level gauging systems, and navigational equipment. · Sensor Retrofitting : Retrofit and calibrate sensors for shaft power meters, flow meters, energy meters etc. Cabling and Connectivity: Provide end-to-end support for cabling requirements, ensuring proper connections and minimal signal interference. Lay out pathways, clear bulkheads, and manage cable installations in line with maritime standards · Technical Support: Serve as a technical advisor for ship crew and operators, offering guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
