🔹 1. Dealer Sales Executive (Male)Locations: Jugsalai, Telco, Birsanagar, Bistupur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 (as per experience) + Attractive Incentives
Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and explain product features & finance options.
Achieve monthly sales targets for Honda two-wheelers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build customer relationships.
Coordinate with back-end teams for documentation and delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in automobile sales preferred.
Good communication & convincing skills.
Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-friendly attitude.
🔹 2. Service Advisor (Male)Locations: Jugsalai, Telco, Birsanagar
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 (as per experience) + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Attend customers at the service reception & understand vehicle concerns.
Generate job cards and communicate repair details to workshop teams.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction post-service.
Maintain service records and assist in upselling maintenance packages.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile service advisory preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge & understanding of vehicle service processes.
🔹 3. Service Manager (Male)Location: Jugsalai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (as per experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage overall workshop operations, manpower, and workflow efficiency.
Supervise technicians, ensure timely service delivery, and resolve escalations.
Monitor service quality, spare parts consumption, and daily productivity.
Coordinate with management on performance reports & process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in an automobile service center.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Good system knowledge & ability to manage a service team effectively.
🔹 4. Network Manager (Male)Location: Jugsalai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 (as per experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage dealer and sub-dealer network for sales & service coordination.
Monitor branch performance and ensure business targets are achieved.
Conduct training & support branches with system operations.
Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and ensure smooth communication across branches.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the automobile sector.
