Showroom Manager

Location: Borivali West,Mumbai As the Showroom Manager for our Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry Retail Showroom, you will oversee all daily operations, ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience while driving sales and managing a dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining the showroom's operational standards, upholding brand values, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in luxury jewelry, particularly lab-grown diamonds, will be key to educating customers and fostering a welcoming, expert environment. Qualifications Skills: Proven experience in luxury jewelry sales, with a strong understanding of gemstones, diamonds, lab grown diamond, metals. particularly lab-grown diamonds. Previous managerial experience of minimum 7-10 years in retail, preferably in a high-end jewelry showroom. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Strong understanding of retail operations, including cash management and stock control. Passion for the jewelry industry, with an understanding of current trends and the market for labgrown diamonds. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required.
