Job Summary

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and leading the showroom team effectively. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and team motivation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Promote upselling and cross-selling to increase overall sales revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail or showroom management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
