Conduct site Pre-inspection before starting the installation for specific orders and convey the issues of site readiness (for installation) to Customer & Sales Team Ensure safe storage and utilization of materials received at customer location. Mobilization of team to the customer sites & arrange the required facilities at site Prepare the weekly plan for site installation team & ensure that the team follows the same Verify the material received at customer site against OA & Prepare shortage details and send request to Respective CS In charge Product quality related and shortages to be filed in Complaint register Collecting acknowledged invoices from the customer & Submit to the Sales Coordinator/Sales In charge Ensure quality with respect to organization norms in assembling / installation at site. Submit the data for the audit reports Conduct Site inspections and submit relevant reports to Manager-Customer Service and sales team Ensure installation output/man days Maintain Record & Timely resolution of service problems of customers complaint. Collecting of Check list & Completion certificate on regular intervals and submitting to the reporting manger and concern sales team. Conducting the safety training and Quality training to the installation teams on regular intervals and maintaining the records for the same.
