Roles & Responsibilities:

• Showroom Operations

  : Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Sales & Target Achievement

  : Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs.

• Team Leadership

  : Supervise and motivate the showroom team to ensure efficient performance and excellent customer service.

• Customer Service

  : Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction, focusing on building relationships.

• Visual Merchandising

  : Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom's appeal.

• Inventory Management

  : Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

Skills Required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a

  showroom management

  role, preferably in

  premium retail

  or

  home furnishing

  .
• Strong

  customer handling skills

  with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  PowerPoint

  for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to lead a team, multitask, and handle responsibilities efficiently.
