Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Chandigarh. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, lead and coach the sales team, implement sales strategies, and ensure seamless showroom functionality. The role also involves managing customer satisfaction, optimizing the customer experience, and achieving sales targets through effective team management and engagement.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and enhancing the overall Customer Experience
Proven ability in Sales and achieving related targets, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector
Experience in managing showrooms and leading retail teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Knowledge of the diamond or fine jewelry industry is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
