Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and handle nationwide purchasing. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills and a proven track record in showroom or retail management.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Showroom Operations

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily showroom functioning.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display standards, and customer-ready condition.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams.

✔ Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Implement effective storage and stock-control systems.

✔ Purchasing (All Over India)

• Handle online and offline purchasing from suppliers across India.
• Negotiate pricing, compare quotations, and finalize cost-effective deals.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and follow-ups.

✔ Computer Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email handling, inventory software, ERP, and online purchasing platforms.
• Prepare reports, manage digital records, and track orders efficiently.

✔ Staff Supervision

• Supervise showroom staff, assign tasks, and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor performance and resolve staff-related issues.

✔ Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience for all visitors.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

✔ Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, and operational coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role.
• Strong computer literacy and digital purchasing experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operations, staff, and inventory effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
