Business Development Manager (BDM) – Diamond Jewlery

Job Summary:

New Age Diamond Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail and B2B growth in our diamond jewelry segment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in business development or client acquisition within the jewelry industry, possess excellent communication and networking skills, and be well-groomed, result-driven, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and B2B partnerships for diamond jewelry
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients including retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, etc.
• Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to generate leads and convert them into revenue
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new customer segments
• Promote brand awareness and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
• Coordinate with design and production teams for client-specific custom orders
• Drive institutional/corporate sales and high-ticket client acquisition
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Prepare business proposals, pricing structures, and follow up for deal closures
• Track and report on business development performance, targets, and forecasts to management
• Assist in developing and implementing regional expansion strategies
• Ensure timely documentation, contracts, and compliance for all new partnerships

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
