Store Manager – Diamond Jewelry

We are hiring an experienced and polished Store Manager to lead our premium diamond jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing luxury jewelry retail stores, with strong leadership, sales, and operations skills. The role demands someone who is well-groomed, confident, and capable of handling end-to-end store operations and retail sales.

Immediate joiners or those available in a few days are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the showroom operations, sales, and team performance
• Manage and guide the showroom sales staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the store
• Ensure high-level presentation and cleanliness of the showroom at all times
• Handle VIP customers and assist in high-value sales with in-depth product knowledge
• Maintain store stock levels and coordinate inventory management with backend team
• Resolve customer concerns and build strong client relationships
• Train and monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards
• Maintain daily reports, sales records, and cash handling
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office on store performance and planning

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
