Ensure that the showroom layout enhances customer experience and product visibility. 6. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate daily sales reports, footfall records, and conversion metrics. Analyze sales trends to guide future stock and marketing decisions. Provide feedback to senior management on customer preferences and showroom needs. 7. Marketing & Local Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives to drive walk-ins and improve visibility. Build ties with local event planners, community organizations, and influencers to increase showroom reach.
