We are looking for a charismatic leader with a deep understanding of luxury retail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for sophisticated interior design. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily showroom operations and drive financial performance. Mentor and manage a high-performing sales and design team. Cultivate and maintain exceptional client relationships. Ensure the showroom aesthetic and client experience reflect our premium brand standards. Qualifications: 5+ years in luxury retail management, preferably in home furnishings/design. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Expert knowledge of interior design trends and a discerning eye for quality. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
