The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, supporting staff, and maintaining office systems and records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Manage office communications including emails, phone calls, and mail. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars. Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed. Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical). Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing. Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records. Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management or vendors. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
