Job Description

Sales Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize showroom revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategies to maintain market leadership.

Customer Service

Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
Handle escalated customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
Train staff in customer engagement, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, cashiers, inventory staff, etc.).
Allocate sales targets and monitor individual/team performance.
Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and sales techniques.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Operations Administration

Oversee daily showroom operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and sales reports.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and display as per brand guidelines.
Maintain stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and manage replenishment.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and audit requirements.

Reporting Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
Provide insights on customer trends, product performance, and improvement areas.
Coordinate with management for business planning and promotions.
