Role Overview

Showroom & Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management, deliver an exceptional client experience, and actively generate business by visiting designers, architects, and project sites to build strong professional relationships and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Management

  • Manage daily showroom operations and maintain the brand’s premium image.
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, designers, and architects with product selection.
  • Maintain product displays, samples, and inventory organization.
  • Coordinate with backend and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
  • Track sales, inquiries, and performance metrics for management reporting.

Sales & Business Development

  • Visit architects’, designers’, and builder offices to showcase product ranges and build relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from B2B and B2C channels.
  • Present product samples, discuss specifications, and handle client requirements professionally.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets through both showroom and field sales.
  • Represent Layers by Rajshree in industry events, exhibitions, or networking meets when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom/retail or B2B sales (preferably interiors, laminates, veneers, tiles, or luxury home materials).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation ability with a passion for interiors and design aesthetics.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with client visits.
  • Good organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or sales tracking tools.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for local visits.
