Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Store Manager based in Gurugram. The Shopify Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing the store's inventory, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and implementing strategies to enhance the store's growth and revenue. The role also involves ensuring smooth shopping experiences, meeting customer needs, and managing procedures related to retail loss prevention.
