Shopify Store Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the Shopify store.
  
• Handle and maintain 1,000+ product listings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  
• Upload new products, update existing listings, and maintain correct pricing, tags, variants, and descriptions.
  
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, tags, images, and attributes to improve conversions.
  
• Identify high-potential products through sales data, trends, and store analytics.
  
• Improve product discovery through better collections, categories, filters, and navigation.
  
• Monitor key performance metrics (views, add-to-cart rate, conversion rate) and fix low-performing listings.
  
• Ensure the store is error-free, fast, mobile-responsive, and regularly updated.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse/purchasing teams to maintain accurate inventory and avoid overselling.
  
• Manage stock levels for large catalogs using bulk edits and CSV operations.
  
• Oversee order processing, returns, refunds, and customer support escalations.
  
• Resolve product, order, and store-related issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct regular audits to remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect product listings.
  
• Analyze store data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  
• Coordinate with the marketing team and contribute ideas for new strategies to increase sales and improve product visibility.
  
• Take ownership of driving operational improvements to achieve minimum 20% month-on-month sales growth.
  
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling large datasets and catalog updates.
