Position Overview

Shopify Store Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the Shopify store, including products, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product listings for SEO to increase organic visibility.
• Handle store operations such as order tracking, issue resolution, and customer communication (as needed).
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across Instagram, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Create basic graphics and marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
• Monitor store analytics, traffic, and conversions; share weekly reports.
• Research trending products and suggest ideas for store improvement and growth.
• Work closely with the founder to align store performance with business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Current undergraduate student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain practical e-commerce experience.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Understanding of SEO, Instagram marketing, Meta Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
