Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Instagram content strategies aligned with our brand vision
• Create, design, and post high-quality content (images, reels, stories, captions, hashtags)
• Plan and manage

  organic campaigns

  to grow followers and engagement
• Set up, monitor, and optimize

  paid Instagram ads

  for maximum ROI
• Track performance analytics, report results, and suggest improvements
• Engage with our audience via comments, DMs, and collaborations
• Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Instagram marketing and content creation
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Understanding of both organic growth and paid ad strategies
• Good copywriting and storytelling ability
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• No fixed salary
