We’re looking for a Shopify Store Manager who can take full ownership of our online store. The ideal candidate will manage products, ensure smooth order processing, coordinate with the packaging and shipping teams, and help enhance the look and functionality of the Shopify website. Key Responsibilities Add, update, and organize new products (images, descriptions, pricing, variants, etc.) Manage daily orders – verify order details and notify packaging/shipping staff Track order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery updates Make website modifications and improvements using Shopify (themes, pages, layout updates, etc.) Ensure product listings are SEO-friendly and visually appealing Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for promotions and new launches Monitor store performance and assist with reports or analytics Requirements Proven experience managing a Shopify store (fashion or retail preferred) Strong understanding of Shopify Admin, themes, and basic customization Familiarity with e-commerce operations, order management, and fulfillment workflows Good communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of SEO, product photography, and merchandising is a plus Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in fashion retail or ethnic wear e-commerce Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for product image editing Ability to work independently and proactively manage daily store activities Salary Competitive salary based on experience.
