Shopify & IT Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Shopify & IT Expert who can manage, optimize, and enhance our Shopify-based websites while also handling day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and system efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong Shopify development experience along with solid IT technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:Shopify Development & Management

• Manage, update, and maintain our Shopify stores.
• Customize themes, templates, and front-end UI/UX.
• Integrate apps, plugins, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
• Improve website speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Handle product uploads, collections, navigation, and store configuration.
• Implement automation for orders, inventory, and customer workflow.
• Troubleshoot website bugs, errors, or layout issues.

Technical & IT Support

• Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, and hardware.
• Provide IT support to internal teams—network issues, emails, applications, etc.
• Manage data backups, system security, and software updates.
• Ensure smooth functioning of devices (laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV).
• Coordinate with external vendors and IT service providers when needed.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Shopify development (Liquid, Theme customization).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify.
• Experience with third-party app integrations.
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills (networking, hardware/software support).
• Familiarity with CMS, hosting, and basic cybersecurity.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe).
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, CRM integrations).
• Prior experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or customer-facing websites.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Shopify development and IT support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
