Technical Content Writer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to create clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex technical concepts for various audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent writing skills, and the ability to research and produce high-quality technical documentation, blogs, white papers, product guides, and web content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit technical documents including user manuals, product documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Create SEO-friendly technical blogs, articles, case studies, and white papers.
• Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical readers.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and validate content requirements.
• Research industry-related topics and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
• Ensure consistency of tone, style, and terminology across all content.
• Review and update existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and SEO performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (MS Word, Google Docs, Markdown, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
