We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Technical Content Writer who can translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and concise content. The ideal candidate should have experience writing for technology, software, SaaS, IT services, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical content including blogs, website content, case studies, whitepapers, emails, social media posts, and product documentation.
• Research industry-related topics such as web technologies, software development, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to create accurate and engaging content
• Stay updated with the latest tech trends and incorporate them into writing.
• Prepare content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and client presentations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a technical writer or content writer in the IT/Tech industry.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, software products, and IT services.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO practices and content optimization tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS, cloud computing, web development, AI tools, and digital transformation topics.
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
