Ensure timely goods receipt from suppliers and delivery to customers. Resolve issues related to warehouse, port, customs, and transportation. Prepare and validate customs and freight documentation in SAP. Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with stakeholders. Monitor shipping dates and report exceptions. Drive KPIs such as Inbound Delivery Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, and Perfect Delivery. Support cost improvement initiatives across inbound, outbound, freight, and customs. Synchronize ETDs and ETAs across the supply chain. Ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and export control regulations.

Operational Logistics Optimization:

Participate in World Class Manufacturing (TPM) activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines. Manage claims, complaints, and root cause analysis. Attend and contribute to regular logistics meetings. Ensure legal and customs compliance for trade and destination requirements.
