Job Description

Lead the upgrade developments for PPT business stream including project management and system engineering role

Evaluate and propose technical solutions, decide best way forward with technical product manager, prepare and pass validation steps with appropriate governance

Do proper analysis and required tests to ensure safety, quality and performances.

Ensure requested deliverables creation as per product creation process, including drawings, BoM, technical documentation.

Maintain product during its lifecycle including end-of-life activities.

Ensure that feedback from all phases in the order implementation, including commissioning and warranty period, leads to improvements of the product.

Coach others on the upgrades

We believe you have

Education Experience:
Master s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with 3 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the food or dairy industry.

Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in CAD tools (preferably Autodesk Inventor Vault), SAP ERP (BoM creation, codification, budget tracking), and MS Office.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of dairy/food production processes, hygienic design, and food safety regulations.

Engineering Methods:
Familiar with development processes, FMEA, risk analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Cross-Functional Skills
: Basic knowledge of electrical and automation systems is a plus.

Soft Skills
: Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, communication, and coaching abilities; fluent in English (French is a plus).
