Job Description

Perform AT&T OSP/ISP planning and fiber network design using industry-standard tools.
Prepare construction prints, splice plans, redlines, and other deliverables as per AT&T guidelines.
Analyze field data, survey inputs, as-built information, and GIS data to develop

accurate

network designs.
Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility checks, routing validation, and design approvals.
Ensure compliance with AT&T engineering standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Maintain documentation, records, and support project tracking/reporting activities.
Work closely with leads, engineers, and project managers to address design-related queries.

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in AT&T telecom planning and design (mandatory).
Strong understanding of OSP/ISP fiber network architecture.
Proficiency

in tools such as IQGEO, ARAMIS

and

AutoCAD
AT&T-specific applications
Good knowledge of fiber

routing,

FTTx

design.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
