Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and motivate staff members to achieve high performance standards.
Implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
