Job Description

Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations and team performance. Ensure order accuracy, timely preparation, and dispatch through the platform. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and raw material usage; coordinate with supply chain teams for replenishment. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation as per FSSAI and Rebel Foods standards. Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and staff allocation. Conduct regular checks on equipment functionality and cleanliness. Resolve on-shift operational issues and escalate when needed. Ensure training, discipline, and motivation of kitchen team members. Track sales, wastage, and operational KPIs for performance improvement. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth order flow. 2–4 years of experience in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Food Retail operations. Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills. Knowledge of kitchen SOPs, food safety, and quality control. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and high-pressure environments.
