Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to supervise daily operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure smooth store functioning during assigned shifts at our premium patisserie. Key Responsibilities Supervise store operations during assigned shifts Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Monitor sales transactions and cash management procedures Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper display standards Coordinate with kitchen/production team for order fulfillment Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols Conduct shift handovers and report issues to Store Manager Support inventory checks and stock replenishment Key Skills Required ✓ Team Leadership – Ability to supervise and guide frontline staff ✓ Customer Service – Strong focus on creating delightful customer experiences ✓ Multitasking – Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✓ Communication – Clear and effective with team and customers ✓ Problem-Solving – Quick thinking and on-the-spot decision making ✓ Attention to Detail – Ensuring quality and operational standards ✓ POS Operations – Comfortable with billing systems and cash handling ✓ Flexibility – Adaptable to changing shift timings and responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field 2-4 years of experience in retail/F&B operations or supervisory roles Prior experience in premium bakery or hospitality preferred Join us in building dreams, one dessert at a time.
