Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shift Manager position located in Kerala, India. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and actively addressing customer inquiries and feedback. The role also involves inventory management, training team members, and reporting operational updates to higher management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in customer service and handling customer feedback effectively
• Knowledge of inventory management and operations within the food service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is an advantage
