Shift Incharge

A Zepto Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a store or hub's operations during their designated shift. This includes managing staff, coordinating deliveries, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a smooth workflow to meet operational goals and customer satisfaction.  Key Responsibilities: Supervising Daily Store/Hub Activities: Managing staff schedules and delegating tasks.  Ensuring a clean and organized work environment.  Maintaining efficient workflow and service quality.  Coordinating Customer Orders: Receiving and prioritizing customer requests.  Supervising picking, packing, and dispatching operations.  Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.  Managing Inventory: Conducting regular inventory audits and applying FIFO principles.  Managing stock replenishments and reducing shrinkage.  Ensuring accurate inventory levels for timely order fulfillment.  Coordinating Delivery Personnel: Scheduling delivery riders and optimizing routes.  Ensuring smooth handovers between shifts.  Monitoring rider performance and addressing any issues.  Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.  Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.  Leadership and Team Management: Motivating and guiding team members.  Providing training and support to staff.  Resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.  Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on shift performance.  Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.  Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.  Scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
