Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision:
Leading and motivating employees to maintain productivity and discipline on the floor.
Operational Oversight:
Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and processes during the shift.
Goal Achievement:
Tracking shift-wise productivity, meeting targets, and resolving any challenges that arise.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that output quality meets established standards.
Safety Management:
Maintaining and upholding safety standards within the work environment.
Coordination:
Working with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues and ensure efficient operations.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on the shift's activities and ensuring proper handover to the subsequent shift.
