Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all staff during the assigned shift, ensuring all team members adhere to their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor production processes and ensure that quality standards are met.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure the work environment complies with health and safety regulations.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prepare reports on shift activities, including production output, staff performance, and operational challenges.
• Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with upper management to discuss performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
