Job Description

  • *Working in shifts and taking care of manpower
  • *Optimum utilization of manpower, machines & materials
  • *To take care of regular shop floor safety precaution & 5s activities
  • *Keeping production floors clean & tidy
  • *Process adherence to maintain quality, minimize lead time
  • *To control batch yield, avoid wastages on shop floor
  • *Impose shop floor discipline
  • *Record maintain on batch cards, shift report on daily basis, SAP entries
  • *Shift communication within concern team
  • *Timely Issuance of RM material as per batch card and do batch planning
  • *Ensure compliance of permit to work system in the plant
  • *Resolving breakdown issue on time
  • *Equipment upkeeping or Preventive maintenance

Education Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E./Chemical

    •
