Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain an intranet portal and workflows leveraging Microsoft 365 (M365) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, with experience in integrating and calling external applications. Responsibilities  Develop and implement a modern intranet portal using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.  Create and manage workflows to automate business processes, utilizing Power Automate and other M365 tools.  Integrate the intranet portal with external applications and data sources using APIs and web services.  Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the SharePoint environment.  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.  Provide training and support to end-users for SharePoint and related M365 tools.  Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and M365 features and best practices.  Document development processes, configurations, and user guides. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  5-7 years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online & On-Premise) with a strong portfolio of successful SharePoint projects.  Hands-on experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.  Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 tools.  Experience with integrating external applications using APIs and web services.  Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and security.  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Certifications in SharePoint and M365 are a plus. Preferred Skills  Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and development using React or Angular.  Knowledge of Azure services and their integration with SharePoint.  Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Developer).  Experience with Teams App Development & Viva Connections.  Knowledge of AI and Copilot integration in SharePoint.  Experience with Microsoft Graph API.  Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
