Position:

ServiceNow UI/UX Builder Architect

Location:

PAN India (Hyderabad preferred, hybrid—no remote)

Experience:

7+ Years Years (including Architect-level experience)

Working Days:

5 Days a Week (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a

ServiceNow UI/UX Builder Architect

with expertise in ServiceNow architecture, UI/UX design, and Portal development. The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, UX frameworks, and a strong background in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work with stakeholders to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
Architect and implement portal and workspace solutions with customization in AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Ensure design consistency and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
Guide teams on portal scripting, UX frameworks, and UI Builder customization.
Support ITSM and ITOM modules and lead architectural decisions.

Skills & Requirements

7–10 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to ServiceNow architecture.
Hands-on experience with UI Builder, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and CSS-based development.
Knowledge of ServiceNow client/server scripting and APIs.
Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Virtual Agent.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and mentoring capabilities.
