ServiceNow Technical Lead

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, Scoped Apps, Portals).
Design and implement complex
integrations
(REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2, Basic Auth, data mapping, error handling).
Drive
CSM case management, portal customization, widget development
, and order/approval automation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards, and lead technical discussions.
Collaborate with clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent communication.
Work with structured
CI/CD pipelines
and multi-team environments to ensure seamless deployments.

✅ What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and leadership experience.
Strong expertise across
ITSM, CSM, integrations, and custom workflows
.
Experience in
custom implementations, advanced scripting, and API integrations
.
Excellent communication skills and proven client-handling experience.
Based in
Bengaluru
(onsite collaboration required).
