ServiceNow technical Lead

As a ServiceNow Technical Lead with 6-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, Scoped Apps, and Portals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2, Basic Auth, data mapping, and error handling. - Driving CSM case management, portal customization, widget development, and order/approval automation. - Mentoring and guiding junior developers, enforcing coding standards, and leading technical discussions. - Collaborating with clients to ensure high-quality delivery and excellent communication. - Working with structured CI/CD pipelines and multi-team environments to ensure seamless deployments. What We're Looking For: - 6-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and leadership experience. - Strong expertise across ITSM, CSM, integrations, and custom workflows. - Experience in custom implementations, advanced scripting, and API integrations. - Excellent communication skills and proven client-handling experience. - Based in Bengaluru (onsite collaboration required).
