.This role offers the opportunity to lead and architect complex ServiceNow solutions while mentoring a team of engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Senior Solution Architect will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, and ITAM solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements for enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, end-users, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant platform solutions. The position involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, integrations, and participation in platform upgrades and performance optimization initiatives. You will also guide your team to follow best practices and ensure solutions align with technical standards. This role is ideal for a strategic, technically adept professional who enjoys solving complex problems and driving customer success on the ServiceNow platform.
Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, and ITAM projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and end-users to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITAM based on best practices.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide technical guidance for platform issues.
- Support platform upgrades, cloning, patching, performance optimization, and integration initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, design workflows, and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical leads to maintain consistency and avoid disruptions across shared patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and custom applications.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with ServiceNow products.
- Minimum 3 years in a solution architect or technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and custom application development.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and integration methods (SOAP, REST, automated bi-directional integrations).
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes.
- Experience creating technical design documents, user documentation, and providing end-user training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS–CSM / CIS–FSM, CAD (Certified Application Developer).
