Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITY

-Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our ServiceNow platform by conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.

- This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow and Dashboard knowledge.

- Asist the RSC HR head to ensure the uniformity of service delivery in geographically scattered organizations

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Conduct regular quality assurance audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices. 

-Analyze data and metrics from ServiceNow to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for improvement. -Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Owner to share the requirements and implement enhancements related to ServiceNow Dashboard 

-Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance process managed by Global HR Operation team.

- Monitor and report on the performance of workflows and processes within ServiceNow. • Ensure the processes are ready for auditing and testing.

- Able to track progress and submit timely reports and documentation

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

-Technical Expertise: Proficient in PowerBi Dashboard, Excel and ServiceNow modules 

-Data Integrity: Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity within ServiceNow through effective governance practices.

 -Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying issues, conducting root cause analysis, and devising effective solutions. -Automation: Knowledge of automating routine tasks and workflows within ServiceNow to drive efficiency and reduce manual efforts. • Strong experience of working in Global HR Shared Service centre environments.

-Having 5-8 years of experience in documentation of SOP’s, processes, auditing and testing of processes

Experience of working in a global matrixed organisation,

-Experience working in a fast-changing environment

- Able to take initiative, and act with confidence

- Ability to collaborate with virtual Global teams/ Stakeholders.

- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.

- Knowledge and experience of working in multinational company's

Qualification

-MBA in HR / quality management, applied statistics or relevant course. .

- Expert in BI tool, Visio, Minitab, excel , Presentation etc.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proven experience in conducting quality assurance audits and creating detailed reports
