Job Description

As a ServiceNow Presales Solution Architect, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in ITSM Platform, ServiceNow ITOM, Software Asset Management, and Enterprise Service Management to provide strategic solutions to clients. You will leverage your strong client-facing skills and effective communication abilities to interact with executives and gather requirements efficiently. Your proficiency in process analysis, solution consulting, and architecting will be key in designing ServiceNow solutions and transformation roadmaps. Ideally, you will have consulting experience and a Technology Architect certification, along with a background in solution architecture or business consulting on ServiceNow or similar platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing technology teams across various regions, creating technical solution designs, estimating costs, and presenting solutions to clients and internal stakeholders at the executive level. You will assist clients in streamlining their operations by developing business cases, analyzing current processes, and proposing technology solutions aligned with their business goals. Conducting client workshops, documenting requirements, and transforming them into business cases and solution designs will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the proposed technology solutions and be responsible for creating Statements of Work (SOW) for the solutions. Collaborating with the sales team, you will help qualify customer needs, engage in acquiring strategic customers, and provide mentorship and training to peers, colleagues, and partners. Your role will also involve conducting product demonstrations, responding to information/proposal requests, and staying updated on product developments and competitive analyses to showcase the company's offerings effectively. Being the subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events, you will showcase your understanding of business and technical challenges addressed by the products, regulatory requirements, security aspects, and evolving business needs. Overall, your contribution will be vital in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and promoting the company's solutions in the market.,
