Job Description

As a ServiceNow Presales Solution Architect, your role involves managing and coordinating technology teams across multiple regions. You will be responsible for developing technical solution designs, creating cost estimates, and presenting solutions to client executives as well as internal executive approvers. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and coordinating technology teams in on- and offshore locations across multiple regions. - Developing technical solution designs and creating corresponding cost estimates. - Presenting and discussing solutions with client executives. - Presenting technology solutions to internal executive approvers. - Helping clients simplify and improve their operations by developing business cases, analyzing clients" current processes, and creating technology solutions that align with the client's business drivers. - Facilitating client workshops, documenting business requirements, and developing them into proposed business cases and solution designs. - Acting as the key contact for clients on the proposed technology solution. - Creating Statements of Work (SOW) for the proposed solutions. - Transitioning solutions to the Build team for implementation upon contract signature. - Assisting the sales team in qualifying customer needs. - Participating across the sales lifecycle in acquiring strategic customers. - Providing mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners. - Demonstrating the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remotely. - Generating product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environments. - Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents. - Staying current on product developments/releases for demos and Proof of Concept/Proof of Value. - Staying informed about competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. - Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products, key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc. - Acting as the subject matter expert at Executive briefings and marketing events. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Strong client-facing skills. - Strong communication skills, including experience in communication at the executive level. - Strong Process Analysis and Requirement gathering skills. - Fluency in English. - Experience in architecting and Solution consulting. - Experience in ServiceNow solution design and transformation roadmap. - Ideally, consulting experience and/or certification as a Technology Architect. - Experience as a solution architect or business consultant in a client-facing capacity on ServiceNow or a similar platform. - Technology Architect certification is preferred. - IT Operations experience. - ITIL Foundation certification is preferred. - Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Ability to work with all levels of clients and internal resources. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language.,
