Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, development, and operational excellence of our ServiceNow platform within the region. This role is pivotal in aligning regional ServiceNow initiatives with the global Center of Excellence (CoE) vision, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and value-driven ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive the regional ServiceNow platform strategy aligned with the global CoE vision. Define and implement architectural standards, guidelines, and frameworks for ServiceNow projects. Collaborate with the global CoE to blueprint, document, and review end-to-end ServiceNow application architecture and solutions. Design reusable components, assets, and processes to support scalable ServiceNow API and integration projects. Enforce platform standards, technical best practices, and development patterns across the region. Lead and mentor the regional ServiceNow Factory on advanced development concepts and provide hands-on technical guidance. Oversee and review IT4IT and business workflow demands; conduct technical feasibility analysis and manage regional backlogs. Deliver enhancements, new features, and evolution needs through effective backlog and resource management. Drive operational excellence by delivering world-class RUN services for all ServiceNow users in the region. Engage with IT stakeholders to advocate for ServiceNow capabilities aligned with IT4IT strategy. Develop and maintain a high-quality, user-friendly ServiceNow knowledge base. Conduct regional demos, user training, and adoption sessions for new features and modules. Govern the regional ServiceNow Factory with a solid, transparent delivery and compliance framework. Assess and document organizational impacts of ServiceNow solutions to support business transformation. Serve as the regional ServiceNow subject matter expert and key technical liaison to the global ServiceNow team. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in technical consulting, IT management, and ServiceNow delivery leadership. Proven experience in managing ServiceNow platforms including ITSM, ITBM, APM, ITOM, and business workflows. Deep understanding of IT4IT framework and its real-world application across IT strategy, execution, and governance. Demonstrated success in leading diverse technical teams and managing key stakeholder expectations. Hands-on experience across ServiceNow lifecycle (BUILD, CONFIGURE, RUN) and business workflow delivery. Minimum 10 years of direct experience with ServiceNow, preferably as a platform manager, product owner, or equivalent. Strong architectural, integration, and solution design skills for complex enterprise environments. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; capable of communicating with executive and technical audiences. Experience with agile methodologies and governance processes in a global enterprise setting. ServiceNow certifications highly preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer). Strong interpersonal skills, adept at leading multicultural teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in mapping IT4IT processes to ServiceNow functions and bridging conceptual and operational gaps.
