We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, development, and operational excellence of our ServiceNow platform within the region. Drive operational excellence by delivering world-class RUN services for all ServiceNow users in the region. Engage with IT stakeholders to advocate for ServiceNow capabilities aligned with IT4IT strategy. Develop and maintain a high-quality, user-friendly ServiceNow knowledge base. Conduct regional demos, user training, and adoption sessions for new features and modules. Govern the regional ServiceNow Factory with a solid, transparent delivery and compliance framework. Assess and document organizational impacts of ServiceNow solutions to support business transformation. Serve as the regional ServiceNow subject matter expert and key technical liaison to the global ServiceNow team. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in technical consulting, IT management, and ServiceNow delivery leadership. Proven experience in managing ServiceNow platforms including ITSM, ITBM, APM, ITOM, and business workflows. Deep understanding of IT4IT framework and its real-world application across IT strategy, execution, and governance. Demonstrated success in leading diverse technical teams and managing key stakeholder expectations. Hands-on experience across ServiceNow lifecycle (BUILD, CONFIGURE, RUN) and business workflow delivery. Minimum 10 years of direct experience with ServiceNow, preferably as a platform manager, product owner, or equivalent.
